In recent months, I have become more and more convicted about what I am putting on my skin in terms of cosmetics and skin care products. After watching Dr. Oz’s episode on the “Top Three Dangers in Your Beauty Products,” back in February, I became even more convinced that I needed to change many my make-up and skin-care habits. Since then, I have been slowly transitioning my toiletries as I run out to natural, toxic-free, animal-free versions, primarily Arbonne products, since Arbonne is one of the few cosmetic companies I feel I can trust these days.

Arbonne launched a re-vamped, re-packaged, re-formulated cosmetics line this Spring that is fabulous and comparable to high-end makeup companies, such as Chanel. Among other products, I am absolutley loving the new Perfecting Liquid Foundation SPF 15 ($40). It’s a natural-looking foundation that evens out skin-tone instantly and actually allows your skin to breathe while wearing it! Most importantly, this foundation is free of animal-products and scary toxins. I know for a fact that not many foundations at all can make that claim!

Along with the foundation, I am quite obsessed with Arbonne’s new Creme Concealer, $22. It masks imperfections like zits, hyper-pigmentation and under-eye circles {all issues I fight on a daily basis!}  in a jiffy. Plus, I’ve accidentally left this concealer in my car during 100+ degree temps multiple times this summer without it turning to mush!
