One of our favorite family vacations is along the beaches of Florida’s beautiful 30A.
This Spring Break we traveled to 30A, Grayton Beach specifically, with two other families. We brought along two babysitters {which turned out to be a genius idea!}, to corral the seven children in our group, and stayed in this amazing home we rented via VRBO called Dawn Patrol. It was the IDEAL house for a large group, and I cannot more highly recommend it.
Although this is by no means a comprehensive guide to all the gems along 30A, here are a few of the places we dined and what I wore this trip.
Where we dined ::
1. Chiringo. This beachside open-air tapas bar is located in the heart of Grayton Beach, and literally steps out the front door of our home for the week, Dawn Patrol. It’s the perfect stop for a refreshing cocktail straight off the beach as well as for happy hour and/or dinner. My favorite drinks are the Frose and the Sandwedge, and the house-made guacamole is to die for! I may or may not have stopped by daily during our stay… Shop my dress here. I am wearing a size small.
2. The Bay. This was the first trip we visited The Bay, and I cannot believe we haven’t discovered this gem until now! This is one of the most family-friendly restaurants we have dined at along 30A, complete with a giant beach on the bay, stocked with corn hole and other activities for the kiddos. The seafood was fresh and delish!
3. Surfing Deer. I enjoyed a fabulous dinner with some blogger friends one evening at Surfing Deer. This restaurant is gorgeous and every dish was truly amazing. I highly recommend visiting Surfing Deer in Seaside for a date night or GNO. Be sure to order the Clotheline Bacon and Pimento Cheese Hand Pies. YUM! Shop my dress here.
4. The Perfect Pig. My favorite breakfast/brunch spot along 30A. The quiche is hands-down the BEST I’ve ever tasted, and the creamy grits are pretty unbelievable, too!
What I wore ::
I wore this embroidered tee shirt and cut-offs to travel and then kept it on for a casual dinner the first night. These slides are perfect for travel and beach days.
Can we discuss this adorable smocked suit?! The off-the-shoulder is surprisingly stretchy and comfy. I am wearing a size small. It also comes in white here.
This is one of the most flattering suits a gal can own. It claims to take off 10 pounds and it really does. {The sizing is strange and the smallest size is a size 8, which is what I ordered. It runs small.} Also, these are the under-$30 Valentino-look-alike jellys that I have been raving about on Instastories. I highly recommend them!
I wore this cute $59 tasseled top to a casual dinner at the Bay the last night. It’s perfect paired with shorts or jeans, and the tassel-ties are the cutest!
This crochet suit is my most favorite! I swear this suit is universally-flattering one! I have heard from followers of all different sizes, ages, and chest sizes that they order this suit and adore it, too! For those of my chesty-friends, yes…this suit provides support! It comes in multiple colors and I love it so much, I also own it in olive green. You can find it in additional colors and sizes here.

Also, if you stay in Grayton Beach, be sure to rent Paddle Boards from Adventure 30A, located right next to my favorite Chiringo Taco Bar!! They deliver your boards right to you on the beach…amaze! The kids and adults alike enjoyed paddle boarding in the gorgeous clear water!
I wore this feminine and flattering romper for Easter dinner at the beach. I love the color, the flare sleeves and the fit!
Mom’s just wanna have fun!! How cute are my friends Tally and Michal?! We thought it would be fun and funny to wear coordinating suits one day and pretend we are Baywatch babes. At least our families got a kick out of it!!
