Despite it being freezing cold, icy and snowy in many parts of the country, it’s not too early to start adding some “spring” to your step!
Here’s some shoes that will get you looking Spring-ready, while staying Winter-appropriate ::
A strapy, pointed-toe pump looks cool with jeans and pants now, and fab with skirts and dresses when the weather warms up. {These shoes are so fantastic, I have them in both black and in nude, and am considering adding the teal, too!}
A pop color shoe looks great any time of year, and a burst of yellow is particularly springy…and surprisingly versatile!
Florals are a huge trend for Spring and a flower-printed shoe is a fun statment accessory, perfect to start wearing now. {I wore these for the first time last week, and found them to be very comfortable! I’ll be styling them on the blog soon, but pop over to my Instagram page to see what I wore them with last week.}
While an open-toed caged wedge isn’t the best option when the temps are actually freezing, it’s a great shoe to pull out on the more temperate days this season. I love wearing these with skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans, as well as dresses.
A nude patent pump is a year-round staple, but I find myself wearing these the most while transitioning Winter into Spring. In fact, this particular pair are probably one of the most worn pair of shoes in my wardrobe, and are super reasonable, too!
And last but not least, cobalt blue will be another trending color for Spring, that is a great pop color shoe option. I haven’t yet styled the pair pictured here on the far right, but will be featuring them on the blog here soon!
Note that all these shoes will be wearable into Spring and Summer. Talk about getting some milage out of a purchase!
Happy shoe shopping!
