Cozy activewear is a must for winter. It’s the answer to what to wear on cold days when you just want to be comfy, for weekends, for running errands and for running around town after hitting the gym.

I am always on the lookout for stylish, warm layering pieces when the weather chills, and Nordstrom is my one-stop shop for all such pieces.

These fun-patterned Zella leggings represent the kind of leggings I live in during winter. I love that these leggings can be worn with sneakers to the gym and then around town with a pair of cozy Uggs. This pair is now on sale for just $34, and come in three colors/patterns…snag them while they last! They are comfy and run true to size…I am wearing a size Small.

This Zella long sleeved key-hole tee is a great layering top and its longer length is ideal for wear with leggings. It comes in six colors and is perfect to wear over a tank or short-sleeved tee and/or under a jacket or vest.

Speaking of vests, they are my favorite cold-weather layering piece. I love that this Patagonia version is lightweight yet super warm and windproof. This vest makes an awesome gift for any fitness-lover or outdoorsy gal on your list! {This Northface vest is similar and another great option.}

Last but not least, these Flyknit Nikes are my go-to athletic shoes. They are light and comfy, yet supportive enough for walking, jogging and aerobic classes.
