Happy first day of October! The weather is finally starting to cool off here in Atlanta, and starting to feel like Fall. I couldn’t be more excited!
Here are a few early-Fall looks that I have been wearing over the past few weeks. All of these pieces are awesome staples to wear now into the upcoming cooler months.
This Nordstrom BP plaid flannel tunic is quite possibly one of my favorite shirts in my Fall wardrobe. It’s affordable at $45, super soft and looks great worn untucked {long enough to wear with leggings|, tucked in or tied in the front like I am wearing now. It comes in multiple colors {see it in red below} and I honestly want them all! It won’t last long, so stock up on this top and I guarantee you’ll enjoy wearing it all Fall and Winter!

Here’s the same top in red! I wore this look for a field trip yesterday with my twin’s kindergarden class to pick apples at orchard in the North Georgia Mountains!

A denim dress is a great Fall staple, and this fringed version from Anthropologie is perfect! It’s so soft and comfortable. {It runs blousy and quite long, so I am wearing a size XS Petite.} How gorgeous is this vest, too? Such a pretty layering piece!

Another perfect Fall dress! It’s just $48 and easy to wear from day to night and to accessorize in so many different ways. Also, these Halogen wine-colored booties have been pairing with seemingly everything. They are comfortable and add a fun punch of Fall color to any outfit.

The cutest suede lace-up shoes and the perfect fringed hem jeans!

This Anthropologie chevron dress is another favorite Fall piece this season. It’s flattering and can dress up or down. I am also in love with this Anthropologie ruffled vest! If you have been following this blog for a while, you might remember I wore an Anthropologie camel vest constantly last Fall. This is this year’s version! I know I will be layering this one over jeans and well as skirts and dresses all Fall and Winter.

Lace and bell-sleeves are two of my favorite Fall trends and this Topshop blouse combines then perfectly! Also, this neutral cross-body is gorgeous and under-$100, making it a great versatile bag for Fall since it dresses up and down. {It looks much more expensive in person!}

Plaid shirts and denim skirts are two Fall essentials in my book. This plaid is gorgeous, and part of the new J.Crew for Nordstrom collection! I love pulling out my denim skirt on warmer Fall days and paired them with booties or over-the-knee boots.

Last but not least, I featured this Wayf dress on the blog a few weeks ago, but wanted to mention it again because it’s been a go-to dress for me lately. I love the tie-neck and the movement of this under-$80 dress. It’s a piece that will be perfect layered with a fitted blazer or jacket when the weather cools. Also, this red Bobbi Brown lipstick {shade is Parisian Red} was a purchase last Fall and continues to be my go-to red lip color. It’s so versatile!

Enjoy your weekend, and first day of October!
