Summer is in full swing and I am loving the NEON-trend. Pops of neon are so cheery and happy, and I love how they pair effortlessly with “neutrals” like denim, white and black! Neons also compliment most skin tones.
I recently ordered some pieces from the newest Walmart x Scoop collection and found myself gravitating towards all the bright neons! This collection is one of my favorites yet from Walmart. The quality and fit of each of these pieces is impressive. I particularly am loving the maxi dresses, skirts and cover-up options!
Speaking of cover-ups, these two styles {the $36 palm-print maxi pictured above and the $25 shorter striped tunic pictured below} are my absolute new favorite swim-coverups of the season. I love both styles so much that I purchased each one in two different colors/prints. {Wearing a small in each style.}
The fabrics of each cover-up are lightweight, breezy and cool, making them perfect to wear any sunny summer day or warm evening spent poolside, lakeside or oceanside.
I also snagged the long caftan in this print, and love it, too! {This one also come in a gorg turquoise blue!}
These metallic slides are a gorgeous, classic sandal that can be worn with a swim-outfit as well as with a casual sundress! They are comfortable and look so high-end!
If you are hesitant to pull off the neon trend, a handbag is an affordable and easy way to incorporate bright color. These two totes are so fun and functional…and also come in other color options!
Switching gears to “everyday” Summer apparel, maxi-dresses and skirts are trending this season, and I love these two dresses from Walmart.
The pink lace dress above is a flattering high-low cut in the most vibrant hue! I envision this dress as the perfect piece for a wedding, beach vacation or date night! {I am wearing a small.}
This off-the-shoulder ruffled maxi is a great day-to-night dress. It’s super light and breezy, and can be worn with or without a belt, as well as with flats or a wedge heel. I love that it dresses up or down effortlessly. {I am wearing a small.}
