I firmly believe {much like Edit’s Partner Stylist, Sherri} that cowboy boots are a year-round shoe essential. During the Spring and Fall seasons, one of my “signature” looks you will often find me wearing is a shirt dress paired with cowboy boots. In my opinion, this look is a perfect transitional ensemble that can be worn comfortably in a variety of different weather and temps. It’s a look that is a little retro, a little “cowgirl” and very easy to pull off for a variety of different occasions, from day to evening.
Here is one of my current favorite Spring dresses that I belted and paired with cowboy boots {outfit details are listed below} ::
Outfit details :: Dress {Anthropologie, current}, Belt {BCBG, no longer available…purchased for to wear with my rehearsal dinner dress the night before my wedding 6 years ago!}, Boots {Cavenders, a favorite resource for an extensive selection of boots}, Earrings {Stella & Dot, current…these are my go-to gold statement earrings, love them!}, Bracelets {Stella & Dot, current}, Handbag {Louis Vuitton, current}. {Last but not least, a big shout-out to Amanda Pulley of Vagaband Photography for taking these pics!}
Stylishly yours,
