This three-ingredient “Pineapple Coconut Spritz” is light and refreshing, and always a crowd-pleaser. I started making this recipe in a big batch on Spring Break to take out on our boat, and everyone loves it!
All you need is ::
Rumhaven Rum
Pineapple Spindrift {I find at Target or Whole Foods}
Pineapple juice {These cute little cans are from Trader Joes.}
Mix together ::
2 parts rum + 1 part pineapple juice + add Spindrift to taste…the more you add, the “skinnier” the drink is!
Mix and add ice. Garnish with pineapple wedges. Enjoy!
