The struggle to find transitional outfits is real for most of us this time of year. Our minds are ready to embrace fall fashion, but our bodies are still hanging on to warm weather temps. When I stumbled across this trendy little vest at Forever 21, I thought it could be the perfect wardrobe addition to layer over a simple white tee, a glam necklace, and jeans for a night out with friends.
