Remember this post? It was my polite nod to mother nature giving her a hall pass for the warmer temps even though I couldn’t wait to wear some of my new fall purchases.
Well…that was over a month ago. My politeness is now turning a tad bitter and I’m kind of ready to stick it to the old broad and tell her to get it together. I keep seeing all these fabulous scarves, sweaters, jeans, and booties, but I break out in a sweat with the thought of adding on any layers.

So what do us gals do now?

We still wear dresses, that’s what we do. The shirtdress is actually the perfect casual weekday to weekend dress that is not only comfortable, but versatile. Wear with a pair of booties now and throw on with tall boots and a jacket later for cooler temps.
