Turn your winter blues into pastels. Pale hues are a huge trend for spring and are a brilliant way to take on cold temperatures. Add soft colors in your sweaters and shirts to update your wardrobe and get you spring ready.
Here are a few of my favorite picks in stores and online now. Click on the image for details.
J Crew Factory Loafers – wear as your color statement with jeans and a grey sweater.
Loft Button Down – you can’t go wrong with a polka dot.
J Crew Factory Mint Jewels – layer with additional necklaces for a dramatic effect.
Boden Embroidered Skirt – wear now with a chambray shirt and boots and later with a tee and sandals.
Nordstrom Lace Peplum – layer under a blazer or cardigan and add a great pendant necklace.
Kate Spade Jeweled Studs – love the pop of pink that can be worn as an everyday accessory.
Essie Nail Polish – if pastels in clothing just aren’t your thing.
Anthropologie Chevron Dress – may want to hang onto this one until it’s a tad warmer, but throw on a jean jacket if you just can’t wait to wear it.
Piperlime Open Weave Sweater – this is a great sweater to wear with shorts or a skirt in the summer.
Old Navy Chunky Knit Sweater – wear layered with a striped tee and jeans.
ASOS Faux Leather Satchel – can also be worn cross body.
Gap Cotton Button Down – great layered under sweaters or worn alone with some pretty jewels.
Hoping to see some warmer temperatures soon. Until then, add a little spring color to perk up your winter look.
Happy Shopping!
