Workout Wear {on the cheap!}

I love finding deals on cute workout wear, especially since I feel like I live about half of my life in workout clothes!
My dear friend, Mabry, who lives in Atlanta, is a fitness queen, and does an amazing job of regularly suggesting gym clothes {and workout} to try!

{Side note that has nothing to do with fitness or workout wear… Mabry owns a phenomenal “boutique” cookie baking business! Now back to focusing on burning calories…

This week, Mabry texted me to tell me about two fab pieces, both from Target, that are must-adds for your workout wardrobe. I have checked both out and am ob-sessed.

First, a cute and flattering basic tank that can be worn for pretty much any workout. This seamless baby doll tank by C9 by Champion comes in black, pink and grey, and you will probably want to purchase all three!

Next, if you are looking for a thin-strapped sports-bra that gives shape and some support, look no further than this one by C9 by Champion {also at Target}. It comes in 5 colors, and I love adding a bright colored bra under a contrasting color tank. {For example, layer this pink bra under the above grey tank and it is super cute!}

Last but not least, I wanted to share with you an exceptionally fab fitting pair of Zella Capri leggings, that I recently scored for under $30 during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. {Sadly now they are back to full price, but they are still very affordable and worth every penny!}

These leggings stay put, are kind to {ahem} “muffin top” and are exceptionally flattering. I think I even like these more than my favorite Lulu Lemon leggings {shhhh….}! I found that this gray slate color and the purple regal color fit the best out of all the Zella leggings I have tried…I believe the material is a bit different, but I could just be my imagination!

Here’s a little tip :: If you want to try out the Target items I talked about above, I recommend ordering them online. As you are most likely aware, word about the good stuff at Target tends to spread insanely fast, and items like these sell out in stores quickly. Target offers free shipping on purchases over $50, so I recommend ordering a few sizes to try and then returning what you don’t want, to save the hassle of going store to store searching.
